In Alisa’s words: “I stopped looking at the clock and the calendar. Our family had dinner together each night. Instead of rushing off to get the kids to school in the morning, I made time for me. It became my favorite part of the day and set me up to be more successful. I began to work less and with more focus. I made daily dates with the treadmill. I saw more of my friends through Zoom for yoga and wine. I found more ways to create joy within my home. I found the gifts of connecting with my people in new ways.”
