Then Monday hit. Social Distancing! Clients slowly stopped coming to my private Pilates Studio. Fear was taking over.

I’m single, no children, no pets, little family and now no physical contact! I heard a voice: it’s time, your time to grow to RESET. What?!! I’ve worked my whole life. I’ve never taken the time or had time to listen and heal.

My first priority was to learn virtual teaching. YIKES! My clients needed the connection and to stay healthy. The voice: get quiet, listen, learn, grow, forgive and heal. Weeks went by until I finally started to hear and understand.

Past pain, memories, sadness and shame started to flow slowly allowing forgiveness and healing to begin. It’s a journey but I am so grateful and respectful of time during this time in our lives!
I realize this is a gift from God to reset and reboot to become a better person for myself and others to make a difference!”
