In her words: “When the pandemic and the stay at home orders were issued, I was looking for a job and since that has been on hold for a while until things begin to open back up, I decided to get to know myself again. I decided to get health, work on my fitness goals, and meditate more. As a result, I am a health coach for an amazing company that helps transform peoples lives and I have a stronger sense of who I am as a person. I used my walks to reflect on life and make any changes that I could. I am very happy to have had this time to get healthy.”
