I felt lucky to have colleagues and clients just as they are—at home, in sweatpants, hair messy, hanging out and getting work done. It was a side of their lives I would have never been a part of pre-Covid. This level of goodwill has shown me vulnerability and openness in a time of crisis. We can meet people where they are and extend goodwill in the moment and the future because we now understand more of who they are in their real life.”
