When all the external commitments and apparent pressures, my drivers stopped – I took the opportunity to quiet my own personalized frenzy. Almost forced to be still, to the point of having no excuse -I started meditating more, especially in the mornings and as I result, I’ve been calmer, less stressed, allowing time for more self awareness. Ironically, this has led to more quality productivity in terms of marshaling my planning more carefully, more and deeper attentive listening with my coaching clients, as well as listening to my own inner compass about what is healthy for me – physically, spiritually, and in most areas of my life.

In addition, Covid has allowed me to give myself joy:
-taking time to reconnect with past coaching clients, here, in the US and Canada, with friends, family, and school friends from way back
-face-timing my son and wife in the UK as they await their first born
-daily face time with daughter and 2 year old grandson in Brazil
-of focus on developing The Prosperity Pot, a non-profit I set up last year to coach, mentor and grow the pool of diverse leaders
-to meet and experience the joy of the fun session with you and able to donate to a good cause because of your creative initiative.”
